Too often, we only celebrate after the big milestones. The new job. The promotion. The title change.  ut real confidence is built when you learn to celebrate the small wins along the way. 

Why small wins matter more than you think 

1. They shift your mindset from scarcity to abundance  When you only celebrate the big moments, you constantly feel like you are falling short. When you acknowledge small wins, you remind yourself that progress is happening all the time. 

2. They create momentum  Small wins fuel the next step. When you recognize a good application, a brave post, a networking message sent, you reinforce the identity of someone who follows through. 

3. They build resilience  The journey to a career change is not linear. There will be setbacks. Celebrating your small wins makes it easier to keep moving when things feel slow or uncertain.
